Using this page you can order custom made 3.8mm and 5.6mm aluminium diode housings -

Each housing is milling from a single block of aluminium and the back plate to hold the diodes in place is also milled
from a single bit of aluminium.

Specification of diode housings -

- Each housing is 12.5mm thick

- Lens thread is 9x0.5

- The back plate to hold the diodes in place uses M3 allen key screws

- The diode housing is mounted by a minimum of 2x M3 holes in the bottom, longer housings contain 3 mounting
  holes.

There are 6 fields for you to fill in to be able to order your custom diode hosuing.

- Laser diode size - 3.8mm or 5.6mm

- Number of laser diodes per housing (minimum is 2)

- Laser diode centre height (beam height)

- Distance between diodes, this is important as you need to leave enough room for your mirror mounts

- Stagger distance between diode centres. Do you need to stagger the diode heights as shown in the above photos?

- How many diode housings do you want to order
